Why HeimPulse exists
HeimPulse is built by a small, independent team — right now, mostly one person, hands-on with every part of it end to end. No outside funding round to point to, no logo wall of customers yet. What we do have is a product we use ourselves every day to monitor our own things, and a deliberately narrow idea of what a status-page and uptime-monitoring tool should do.
That's a real tradeoff worth naming plainly: you're trusting a young, small company with something operationally important. In exchange, changes ship fast, support is a real person reading your message — not a queue — and the roadmap is driven by what actual users ask for, not by a committee.
Ship the smallest thing that's real
Every feature in HeimPulse exists because it was needed, not because a competitor had it. We'd rather do fewer things well than everything half-built.
Dogfood, relentlessly
Our own infrastructure runs on HeimPulse. If something's confusing or broken, we hit it before you do.
Real limits, stated plainly
No seat-based pricing tricks, no soft-then-hard-throttle games. Every plan says exactly what it includes, and the product enforces exactly that — see pricing.
